ordering from the angels’ share

When you order products through our online store, we will ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to ship products, contact or identify you (“Personal Data”). This occurs when you place an order on our online shop, email us your information in regards to an order, and/or participate in a reader’s survey or competition.

Information that you provide will only be used for the purpose for which it is provided, unless you are informed otherwise at the time of giving the information. payment

The Angels’ Share does not store payment/card details, but instead we use two third-party payment processors, Stripe and Paypal, to process payments made to us. In processing payments, we do not retain any financial information such as credit card numbers. All such information is provided directly to our third party processors, Stripe and Paypal, whose use of your personal information is governed by their own privacy policies.

shipping anD DELIVERY

Orders will ship within three business days via our preferred shipping agents. We will deliver the magazines to the address you give us when you place your order. You agree that we will not be responsible for failure to deliver the magazines if you have supplied us with an incorrect address. We reserve the right to dispose of incorrectly addressed envelopes and their contents without an obligation to refund you or any other person if they are returned to us and despite efforts to contact you we do not receive correct address details. Our liability to you in the event of magazines being lost in despatch shall be at our discretion, be limited either to replacement of the missing issues or refund of the cost of the missing issues.

returns and cancellations

We will try our best to fulfil every order as specified in our terms, but delays and cancellations may occur for reasons beyond our control. We reserve the right to cancel any orders for any reason, refunding our customers for the full amount immediately. All items are strictly checked before shipping to ensure a quality product however if you encounter any problems with your item please contact us. We do not offer returns or exchanges.

Our website uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of our site and to track your actions and the pages you visit while you use our website. Information requests are free but we will require you to prove your identity with two pieces of approved identification.
